Arcelor OKs Mittal bid

Arcelor SA yielded Sunday to a takeover bid from Mittal Steel Co., Luxembourg Economy Minister Jeannot Krecke said, signaling an end to a bitter five-month takeover battle to create the world's largest steelmaker.
