Pepsi Told Rival About Coke Secrets

Pepsi Co Inc. received an offer to sell Coca-Cola trade secrets and a sample of a new drink that Coke has been working on. Although Pepsi and Coke are highly competitive, morals and law are part of that game.

It took six weeks for undercover FBI agents to uncover the details of the fraud. Three suspects were prosecuted on Wednesday, July 5, the same day they dreamed of cashing in on 1.5 million dollars of fraud. One of the suspects is an executive's administrative assistant who works for Coke.
