Countries in Western Europe have been experiencing soaring temperatures over the past number of weeks, causing problems throughout the continent--including the UK and Ireland.
In Paris, temperatures of 97F were registered, while Britain recorded its hottest day of the year so far with temperatures reaching 97.3F.
