A 21-year-old veteran of the Iraq war has been charged with raping an Iraqi woman and killing her and three relatives, including a girl. Steven D. Green who has been discharged from the Army, appeared Monday in a federal magistrate's courtroom in Charlotte, North Carolina. Army sources say the allegations came to light from a soldier undergoing a stress debriefing.
