Fast Food Killing Us All?

Studies show that 7/10 people in the world are getting obese. This obviously starts out when you are a kid. If you love fast food when you are a kid, chances are that you will love it when you are an adult. This process can cause problems in your heart and so on. If you are one of the wise people in the world, you should watch what you eat. When you are older it is easier to gain weight than when you are a kid. Can obesity kill you?-yes in some cases. Have you ever seen those shows about really heavy people who try to loose weight. They will probably regret eating so much when they were adolescents. Do you want to be one of those people? Watch what you eat and you shouldn’t be.
