Sunday, July 30, will be the first free election in 40 years for the citizens of the Democratic Republic of the Congo.

The Democratic Republic of the Congo is located in central Africa, and is the third largest country on the continent. However, it has very few roads. So how do you reach citizens to vote in a country the size of Western Europe, but with only 370 miles of road? The Congo River, of course.
