Stones add Churchill Downs show, more support acts

Even as the veteran rockers continue to line up opening acts, The Rolling Stones (tickets | music)'' upcoming North American itinerary has been expanded to include a Sept.

29 stop at Louisville, KY's Churchill Downs.

"As home to the Kentucky Derby, Churchill Downs has treated horse racing fans to the ''Greatest Two Minutes in Sports'' for 132 years," racetrack president Steve Sexton said in a press release.

"So it is truly appropriate for the world's most legendary racetrack to host one of the world's most legendary rock bands."

Tickets for the Churchill Downs show will go on sale to the general public on Aug. 14, according to organizers.
