The Israel-Lebanon conflict has resulted in a strategic win for Lebanon and for the resistance, Hezbollah leader Sheikh Hassan Nasrallah said in a taped speech aired Aug. 14. Starting Aug. 15, Hezbollah will begin with the reconstruction effort to compensate those whose homes were destroyed in the conflict, he added.
