Play Dough Getting To Hospitals
Paula Adhikari
Aug. 14, 2006

There have been reports of kids going to the hospital lately and you would never believe the reason!

Some kids have been in the hospital because they have been eating too much play dough. Parents have gotten concerned about if there should be an age restriction to play dough.

We asked one of the kids, which were in severe pain for many days, why they had eaten it. They responded as being dared by one of their friends. When this information was reported to parents, they said that they would like to now start talking to their children about ‘daring’ someone to do something.

It is ok for harmless things like greeting someone you don’t really like, but if you end up in the hospital, then you should DEFINITELY avoid it.
