A new liquid diet called the ''maple syrup diet'' is fast gaining popularity with UK women in their 20s and 30s, thanks to the claims of stars like the bootylicious Beyonce Knowles, who said that the 14-day diet allowed her to lose almost 10kg in a hurry.
