A Picture That Really Is Worth A Million … Dollars, The Million-Dollar Picture Found
In the event that one million dollars is stolen, what are cops supposed to do?
Studies say that when something this big comes up it is wise to look at past pictures. You can never know what you might really find. Some couples have been known to find many things just by looking at an old photo.
A young couple in Kansas had found that they had been missing a generous 500,000 dollars one afternoon. They then called the cops immediately after the discovery.
The cops entered the house and asked if they had been robbed. The couple said that they hadn’t seen or heard anything, but the money was gone. The cops didn’t know what to do at the time so they said that they would be back in a short time.
When the cops were back they did their best to find it, but they found nothing. They then said that it wasn’t the job of a thief, which meant that it was the couple’s fault and that the police wasn’t for finding lost items and closed the case.
The couple didn’t know what to do at first. Then suddenly they remembered that they had something to do the next day and it involved hunting through hundreds of pictures to find the right one. So, they did it.
While sifting through the pictures of themselves and the things around them, they found one that they might want to use. It was one of them sitting around the kitchen table. They took it out and went to put the rest away, but then suddenly they found one picture of them that had landed on the floor. It was one of them posing in front of the door. They had the dog with them and then the dog had jumped out of their grasps. They didn’t pay attention to the dog because the picture was already being taken.
Now after looking at the picture the dog had carried off a big sack. It was indeed the sack that held the money that they kept. The dog had held on to it the whole time! They were so shocked that they didn’t even go to get the sack until about half an hour after they had discovered that they had it in the house all along. “Wow, I had no idea that it was with the dog of all things this whole way through!”, says one of the pair. “what if we didn’t drop that photo, or just left it there and never see it.”
That picture will always be remembered in the house, and so will the dog. Now the couple have been scheduled to give birth to their firs baby in a couple of weeks and now they have the down payment to their house thanks to Sparky, the new family pet.
