9/11 Tragedy
Paula Adhikari
Sep. 11, 2006

This time last year was a time of mourning for most people who remember what had happened about five years ago. Many lives lost and none to be returned.

We all now wish that we could have done something, like predict the accident, but we should all realize that we did all that we could. The police and fire fighters all risked their lives searching for people in the debris. Some even died in this heroic moment. For some family members who lost people, this is the worst day of their lives. There were many people who were made orphans and widows all on one day.

Sometimes we all blame the terrorists, and they should be blamed for taking down what means so much for the whole nation.

Now we are celebrating the fifth anniversary of the tragedy and have all mostly been asked to leave a moment of silence in our busy lives. During this time we were able to think about everything that everyone has been through in the last five years.

We will all miss the twin towers, and remember them too.
