Whitney Houston to divorce
Singer Whitney Houston has filed for divorce from her husband Bobby Brown, her publicist said today.
Nancy Seltzer declined to reveal where or when Houston filed the divorce papers, and said the singer had no statement to make.
“I can just confirm that she has filed for divorce,” Ms Seltzer said.
Houston and Brown, who married in 1992, have had a sometimes tumultuous marriage, and rumours of their break-up have surfaced often over the years.
Most people are lucky enough to have a happy marrage all the way through. Unfortunately, this isn''t true for most stars. Marrages usually end up in the divorse court, which is kind of depressing.
You aren''t supposed to divorse if you have some kids either. Sadly the couple had one thirteen year old daughter that they have to worry about now.
We all wish the couple best of luck with their divorse and hope that half way in, someone won''t realize that the whole thing was a mistake.
