To shark, From fish
Dear Shark,
Every day I cower in fear,
Camouflaged under the coral.
You are a forever-haunting ghost.
I just wish
That I could get a mere moment
Of peace.
Sometimes I wish
That I could reside in a fish bowl,
Safe within someone,s house.
There would be no sharks- Just some puny pebbles
Which would be just as small as peas.
Do you have
To eat little, fleeing fish?
What is wrong with some seaweed?
I hear
That it is full of
The effective energy, which you crave.
There is a quick and simple way
To make many friends.
Some creatures
That you eat…
Might turn out to be good companions,
Who would stick around
Until the very end.
If you would take a hike
And leave me alone,
My fellow fish and I
Would be ever so joyous
And end the misconception in our minds,
About the evil, execrable shark
That swims the seas.
From, Fish
