American Idol Boots Out Sanjaya

We all watched week after week to find that Sanjaya is immune to being voted off of American Idol. He might not have been the best singer in the competition but there has to be a reason that he lasted so long…and received so many votes.
Hair, hair, hair…it was Sanjaya’s main feature. Whether he straightens it, or conditions the heck out of it, it will still be his hair. Many styles arose through his Idol experience. There was the ponytail, bandana look, and who could forget that pony-hawk with seven…just for luck. They are even producing Sanjaya wigs so that everyone can have the luscious hair that we know as Sanjaya’s. When he changes the words to a popular song…we know that it’s an apparent feature that he cares about.
Sanjaya was an interesting contestant on the show. He is frequently recognized as apposed to his pre-idol days. He first auditioned with his sister, and they both got golden tickets to go to Hollywood. Both overjoyed, went to Hollywood to find that one of them would be going home. Before anyone knew it, Sanjaya appeared in the spotlight.
