Now that summer has set in, many groups of friends have parties. There are several kinds of parties to be had, but the most important is the pool party. When sitting at home on a stifling hot summer day, the perfect thing to do is just jump into a nice cool pool.

Pool parties help you and all of your friends cool down, and keep from sweating too much to help control the amount of water that your body looses.

One thing that you have to remember is to put on your sunscreen. Without it, you will get sunburned, even in the pool.
