Swimming in the morning refreshes you for the day
Paula Adhikari
Jul. 6, 2007

Studies show that if you swim in the morning, you will be refreshed and ready to start the day. When you spend just half-hour swimming, you feel great. If you ever see someone going to work looking sleepy and tired, you know that they just got up and went out. When you swim in the morning, you come off as refreshed and awake.

You can also think more clearly if you take a morning swim. Usually, people get all of their energy in the afternoon and night times and sulk through the morning hours of the day. That won’t happen if you just take a quick swim before beginning your day.

If you don’t have a pool, you can always go down to your local fitness facility, such as the YMCA. There will probably be a pool there and many other relaxing features such as a Jacuzzi, or a sauna.
