Jul. 6, 2007

How are you going to keep busy over the summer? There are many things you could do like volunteer somewhere, or intern for a company. You could also go outside and play with your friends. The one thing that you want t avoid is sitting on the couch and eating away your summer. That does happen to many people because they don’t keep up to their physical level and end up gaining weight over the summer.

This is how most people in the world end up getting obese. They don’t do enough exercise. If you want to be healthy when you grow up, you should get a good start now so that you don’t have to deal with it later in your life.
