Remy Ma Arrested For Alleged Shooting

Police arrested the rapper in the Bronx for shooting a woman twice in the abdomen. Remy Ma, or Remy Smith was charged with several things including attempted murder and assault. The victim, Makeda Barnes-Joseph was shot a little before dawn. Makeda Barnes-Joseph was at a party and was driving home when the shooting occurred in her white Nissan Maxima. A while after the shooting had occurred, police found Remy’s car crashed about two blocks away.

Police are still looking for a motive behind the shooting, but Remy is now in jail awaiting her trial.
