Sunglasses Becoming Mandatory In Some Schools
Bill Garry
Jul. 31, 2007

As we all know, the Australian sun can heat the country easily, and has powerful rays that are damaging to eyes. You could ruin your vision permanently if you don’t protect your eyes from the sun.
Some Australian schools are making it mandatory that their students wear sunglass in school. It will eventually become part of their dress codes because the schools don’t want their pupil’s eyes subjected to the harmful rays of the sun.
This should help because fewer children will end up wearing eyeglasses when they are older. This would be a result of either looking at the sun or being out in the sun without any sunglasses.
No matter what part of the world you are in, it never hurts to put on your sunglasses when it is sunny out. Your eyes will end up doing better.
